New ISIS Video Features Another 'Jihadi John' Threatening David Cameron

A new Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) video has surfaced and it features a British-sounding militant who is reminiscent of "Jihadi John" who appeared in a previous video from the terrorist group.

Aside from the second "Jihadi John," the latest ISIS video also shows an English-speaking child who says the group will kill nonbelievers in the West. The adult militant, on the other hand, is heard threatening and insulting UK Prime Minister David Cameron, according to Fox 8.

The new ISIS video has surfaced amid the setbacks being experienced by the extremist organization from the constant airstrikes being carried out coalitions led by the United States, Saudi Arabia, and Russia and Syria, Tri-County Sun Times reports.

Like "Jihadi John," who was previously identified as Mohammed Emwazi, the adult speaker in the new ISIS video has a British accent and is wearing a similar outfit. Emwazi is believed to have been killed in an airstrike in Raqqa last year, the report details.

The video, which lasts more than 10 minutes, also features five men wearing orange jumpsuits who confessed they were British spies. Most of them are from Raqqa, the location from which the footage was taken. The five are also shown kneeling in the desert and a masked militant is standing behind each of them, the report relays.

The militant in the middle is heard speaking in a British accent and calling Cameron a "slave of the White House." He also called the British leader an "imbecile" for stoking their anger.

"Know that today, your citizenship is under our feet, And that our country, the Islamic State, is here to stay," the man in the footage says while pointing his weapon at the camera. "And we will continue to wage jihad, break borders and one day, invade your land, where we will rule by the Sharia."

After the militant's speech, the five hostages are killed with a shot behind the head. At the end of the video, a fatigue-clad child with an ISIS headband says they will kill the "kuffar" in the West.

Speaking to CNN, a spokesperson for Cameron said the latest ISIS video is a form of "desperate" propaganda tool. He added that the footage shows how despicable the terror group can get. British authorities, on the other hand, say they are now investigating the content of the video.
