The trade rumors are alive again indicating the New York Knicks' move to trade off Carmelo Anthony for Cleveland Cavaliers' Kevin Love. Meanwhile, new reports hinted the franchise's renewed interest on one of its former bench scorers for its 2015-2016 game season roster.

Citing MovieNewsGuide.com, the recent from the rumor mill tells of a trading plan that would solidify Phil Jackson's, the NY Knicks president, resolution to enter the new season with a totally renewed line-up. The site said that this strategy would certainly mean that the team will have to ditch out old-timers including Anthony.

A valuable athlete for the franchise deserves a rightful replacement and that person would be Cleveland's power forward, Kevin Love. It would be a great opportunity for the 27-year-old California native to lead the current Knicks who are best known for its triangle offence.

Carmelo, on the other hand, might have a hard time blending in with the Cavaliers which is now dominated by the former Miami Heat star, LeBron James.

Another trade rumor item surfacing this week points out to the Knicks' plan of bringing Jamal Crawford back home before the February trade deadline.

Playing for the team for five seasons, the 35-year-old veteran shooting guard is considered one of the best bench scorers in NBA.

The Knicks' interest with the former player follows after it was heard that the two-time "NBA Sixth Man of the Year" was asking for a contract extension with Los Angeles Clippers, the team he is currently playing for, but was being denied.

Yibada.com, however, said that despite their refusal of the deal, the Los Angeles team is not yet ready to trade off with Knicks.
