New York Mets vs Kansas City Royals Live Stream, Start Time: Watch MLB World Series Online

The Royals are two wins away from winning the World Series.

Already with the lead in the series, the Kansas City Royals look to keep the pressure as they face the New York Mets in Game 3 of the World Series in the MLB.

The match is on October 30, 2015 at 8:07 PM ET and will be played at the Citi Field.

This third game is crucial for both teams as the Royals are now leading 2-0 and another win here could almost assure them of the title at the end of the season. If they go up 3-0, they will need only one more win in the remaining four games to oust the Mets.

On the other hand, the Mets are desperately trying to climb back in the series and avoid a big 3-0 hole. However, they can only do it one game at a time and at home in the third game should be enough for them to battle for the win at all costs.

In the first game of the series, things were tense and were very closely played.

Kansas City got off to an early lead in the bottom of the first inning but the Mets responded in the fourth inning to eventually tie the score.

After the seventh inning, the game was still tied at 3-3 before New York got an important run to go ahead 4-3. The following inning, the Royals kept their composure to battle back and extend the game with innings.

It was a great match as it reached the 14th inning before a winner was decided, with Alcides Escobar scoring thanks to a sacrifice fly by Eric Hosmer.

In the second game, many expected things to be tight again and it seemed that way until the top of the fourth inning.

It was there when the first run was scored by the Mets behind Lucas Duda's single allowing Daniel Murphy to score.

However, in the following inning, the Royals took control of the game with four runs that gave them a comfortable lead.

In the eighth inning, they added three runs while not allowing New York to score again as they went on to win 7-1 and take a 2-0 lead in the series.

With the scene shifting to New York, the Mets will have the crowd behind them as they try to climb back in the series.
