'No Man's Sky' Update: Game Coming In June, Rumored To Be Made Available In Xbox?

It has been a long wait for gamers who have been looking forward for Hello Games' "No Man's Sky." But the waiting may finally be coming to an end as there are reports indicating that the game will be arriving in the middle of the year. According to Vine Report, the science fiction adventure survival video game is slated to come out by June 2016.

The game was supposed to arrive October last year but due to some technical issues, the game's release date had to unexpectedly be rescheduled. However, there is no specific date yet on when the game will hit store shelves so fans will have to continue to stay tuned for updates.

As for the platform availability, it was announced during the Paris Games last year that "No Man's Sky" will be playable on the PC and PS4. But those who own an Xbox may have the chance to play it as well. There are several rumors going around saying that the game could be made available on Xbox One consoles.

As noted in Korea Portal, Xbox director Chris Charla expressed that he would love to have the game made available on Xbox One. He said that Microsoft is open in sitting down with Hello Games to talk about bringing the game to their platform. But since there is no official confirmation yet, it's best to take this report with a pinch of salt.

A report by Movie News Guide said that Microsoft is willing to meet halfway with the developers. They are willing to talk things out especially since there are launched parity policies to consider.

"When we talk to developers, we try to be really transparent," Charla told podcast "The Inner Circle."

Hello Games' "No Man Sky" is described to be a game about "exploration and survival in an infinite procedurally generated universe." It has a total of 18 quintillion worlds which gamers can explore.
