OS X Mountain Lion introduces over 200 new innovative features including iCloud integration, an all new Messages application, Notification Center, system wide sharing, more advanced Facebook Integration, Dictation, AirPlay, and a new Game Center.

The software can be purchased and used as an upgrade for either Lion or Snow Leopard OS.

Its new iCloud integration allows Mac users to access Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Messages, Reminders, and Notes, and keep everything including iWork documents up to date across all of their Apple devices.

The Messages App replaces iChat and allows users to send messages to anyone who owns an iPhone, iPad, Mac or iPod Touch.

The new Notifications Center will streamline the presentation of notifications and provide users with easy access to alerts from Mail, Calendar, Messages, Reminders, system updates and third party apps.

Mountain Lion will also feature system-wide sharing that will make it easier to share links, photos, videos and other files quickly without having to switch to another app, and the new Dictation will allow users to dictate text anywhere they can type. It even works on apps created by third-party developers.

Game Center will bring the popular social gaming network from iOS to the Mac computer. This allows users to enjoy live, multiplayer games with friends who are on the Mac, iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.
