Philadelphia Flyers vs Detroit Red Wings Live Stream: Watch Online NHL Hockey

Saturday, March 14, 2015, the Detroit Red Wings travel to the Wells Fargo Center to meet the Philadelphia Flyers in the NHL. The match starts at 1:00 p.m. ET.

Recently struggling at home, the Flyers have lost two of their last three when playing as hosts. They dropped a 3-2 overtime loss to the Calgary Flames and lost 2-1 to the Dallas Stars. They are also suffering from injuries especially on the defensive end as Radko Gudas has been out since late 2014 after suffering a knee injury. His expected time to return is early May.

Michael Del Zotto is another name on the list as he got hurt in their match against the Boston Bruins. Del Zotto blocked a shot attempt with his foot which gave him obvious discomfort. Reports claim that he will be out for around two weeks.

For the Red Wings, they had back-to-back wins on the road but the streak was recently snapped against the Bruins. They beat the San Jose Sharks and Nashville Predators prior to the loss.

They have four players listed as injured since the start of the calendar year beginning with Johan Franzen. The winger suffered a concussion against the Edmonton Oilers and is listed as day-to-day.

Darren Helm and Alexey Marchenko are also out due to upper body injuries but both have not been completely ruled out to return.

Finally, Jonas Gustavsson suffered a concussion earlier in the week after a collision with Bruins' Milan Lucic. He is still under observation and will not be playing soon.

The two teams have met twice this season, both high scoring games and resulting in wins for each team.

Home teams have shown to have an advantage in this contest, as seen in their last seven meetings – with the home team winning six times.
