After taking home the crown of American Idol 2012, Phillip Phillips' single "Home" has already been downloaded 278,000 times, according to Billboard.com's report, making it the best selling "Idol" coronation single since 2003.
The song "Home" was first debuted in the final round of performances against Jessica Sanchez (who believes Phillips deserved to win ). It received the only standing ovation of the night from judges Randy Jackson, Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez.
All Phillips' "Idol" performances are now available on iTunes as a collection. Many fans from other countries including Australia, Indonesia, U.K. and others have expressed disappointment that they could not purchase it on iTunes in their countries. Debbie Hindle from U.K. wrote, "This needs to be made available in the U.K. :( You have fans overseas as well :)"
