PlayStation 3 Games Release List for September 2014: Arcana Hearts 3: LOVE MAX

With the release of the Playstation 4 and Xbox One late 2013, a lot of game releases have been solely focused on the two newer generation consoles. Still, developers and publishers are taking the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 into consideration when planning some releases.

Although the Playstation 3 is a fairly older console by today's standards, it is still getting its fair share of games alongside its big brother, the Playstation 4.

This coming September, game releases are somewhat scarce for the Playstation 3. Currently, there are two games set to be released on the Playstation 3 for the month of September, according to the Wikipedia page "List of Playstation 3 games."

Currently, there is only one notable release for the month of September.

"Arcana Hearts 3: LOVE MAX!!!!!!" is the only game set for a September release on the Playstation 3. The game is a 2D platform fighting game by developer Examu and is published also by Examu for the arcade versions and by Arc System Works for the console versions.

The original "Arcana Hearts 3" was first released to arcades on 2009 and then on the Playstation 3 and the Xbox 360 on January 13, 2011 in Japan, and then on August 19, 2011 in Europe. The American release of the game on April 19, 2011 was a Playstation 3 exclusive.

The expansion, "Arcana Hearts 3: LOVE MAX!!!!!!" is set to be released for the Playstation 3 and Playstation Vita on Sept. 23 in America. The game has already been released in Japan on May 29 earlier this year. A release date is still to be announced for Europe.
