Prince George Kidnapping, Terror Plot Rumors: Criminals Intended To Hold The Young Prince For Ransom

Security has been increased at Thomas's Battersea School after a sinister plot to kidnap Prince George was foiled by Scotland Yard.

Criminals reportedly planned to snatch the young royal and hold him for a $50 million ransom. Although London police have foiled the plot, Prince William and Kate Middleton are still worried about their son's safety and are on high alert for any potential kidnappers.

According to an exclusive report by Radar Online, a terrorist cell has laid out a very intricate plan to kidnap the 4-year-old prince at his school. One of the kidnappers allegedly broke into Thomas's Battersea over the summer and stole the building's floor plans.

The would-be kidnappers discovered the young royal's classroom and planned to abduct the child ransoming him for cash. London police uncovered the plot while investigating a separate incident at the school where a mentally handicapped woman named Louise Chantry broke into the building, twice.

While the kidnappers are in custody, the discovery of the plot to kidnap their son has left the royal couple uneasy. It was reported that Kate was so distraught that she wanted to relocate her entire family to Norfolk. Her husband, Prince William, is trying his best to assure the Duchess of Cambridge that their children are safe but she is not willing to risk her family's life for the crown.

If the prince could voice out his opinion, he would likely side with his mother as it was reported that George is already tired of going to school. The prince has just started attending school for a month. After the incident, however, it is likely that the royal couple will postpone his schooling for the time being.

UK Police have foiled at least seven terror plots in just six months following the Westminster atrocity in March. However, London mayor Sadiq Khan assured everyone during a Labour conference fringe event that the language used by police and counter-terrorism experts is not a spike in numbers, but rather a shift.
