Prince Harry Wants Cressida Bonas Back, Tried to Win Her Over by Cooking Dinner

After breaking up with Cressida Bonas, it appears that Prince Harry had a change of heart and tried to win back the girl he had been with for nearly two years. Friends said that he cooked her a dinner, no small feat for Harry, but nothing worked and the two are still separated.

"His friends organized a night out for him because Harry has been so miserable lately," a friend told Vanity Fair. "He is not over Cressida, and if he could have his way, he would be back with her."

That night out included partying with go-go dancer Paige Collins, but nothing came out of that night. Harry reportedly still hopes to win back Cressida, who was reportedly freaked out by living in the limelight and being a part of the elite royal family, where the lack of privacy is extremely intense and unforgiving.

"The ball is in her court as to whether they get back together," the friend said. "She loves Harry, but she really doesn't love what comes with being a royal girlfriend. Cressida watched Kate on the royal tour of Australia and New Zealand and totally freaked. She just said, 'There's no way I can do that.'"

According to the British Mirror, executives at the British Army's London District Headquarters where Harry works have been upset at all the attention he's been receiving since separating from Cressida. Co-workers have been told to focus on work and stop ogling Harry when he is in the office.

"Smitten women workers are infuriating top brass by queuing up to bring lunch and cups of tea to staff officer Harry's desk," the publication noted. Harry "is often out of the office and goes in mainly when an event is being planned," but when he does stop by, "work basically stops."

There's no telling if Harry and Cressida will reunite, but it seems highly unlikely given her take on the royal lifestyle. Anyone willing to be with Harry will automatically find herself being judged in a number of ways, including being compared to Kate Middleton, which is no small feat.
