'Real Housewives' Gretchen Rossi Accused of Lying About Acting Gig After Fox5 Drama (VIDEOS)

"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Gretchen Rossi has been accused of lying about a television gig, one year after a similar incident occurred during season seven.

The 35-year-old handbag designer was the topic of discussion during a conversation between her co-stars Heather Dubrow, Tamra Barney, Vicki Gunvalson and Lydia McLaughlin, which is set to air on Monday. Rossi allegedly told Barney and Dubrow, who was cast on the TV sitcom "Malibu Country," that she was also offered a part on the show however Dubrow raised questions about this.

"What happened was after the table read I was talking to the casting directors and I said 'hey you know my girlfriend, Gretchen Rossi, told me that she was offered a part on this show' and he said 'no.' He said 'she wasn't offered anything,'" Dubrow told the stunned group.

Gunvalson, who has had tense relationship with Rossi for years, immediately questioned whether the engaged reality TV star is a "liar."

"[So] he's a liar face?" Gunvalson asked Dubrow.

This is not the first time that Rossi has been accused of lying about receiving a TV job offer. During season seven her former best friend and co-star Alexis Bellino suggested that Rossi lied about receiving a job offer from TV station Fox5.

"I was asked to do a Fox5 segment for my dress line I said 'yes,' I show up there...[producer] Leslie's like 'we want to make a weekly position for you as a life style correspondent. You handled that amazing...it just became my every Friday gig," Bellino explained during the season seven reunion show.

"Gretchen had known about that and I expected her to be very happy for me and the reaction I got really just shocked me," she continued adding that it was particularly "when she said 'I'm really glad you got that, I was offered that position first.'"

Bellino claims that a Fox5 producer by the name of Leslie denied Rossi's claims, thus supporting claims that the reality TV star had been dishonest.

"When you left my house that day I called Leslie and asked 'have you offered Gretchen the position that you've given me?' She said 'we did ask Gretchen if she wanted to come host another segment, we never asked her [to host] a weekly correspondent role," Bellino revealed.

Rossi, who was visibly upset, insisted that she did not lie about the gig and proceeded to pull out printed emails as proof.

"I have the emails to prove it...For you to say that I was straight out lying and that I was doing that just to be mean to you or make you look bad or because I couldn't be happy for you was the furthest thing from the truth," an irate Rossi said.

"The Truth is Alexis, they kept calling me and telling me that you weren't good they wanted me to come down and take your job but as your friend I wouldn't do that to you!" she added.
