'Real Housewives of New Jersey' Stars Teresa, Melissa and Kathy on 'The View'

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice appeared on "The View" on Friday where she spoke out about the ongoing family feud between her and her brother Joe Gorga along with his wife Melissa.

Giudice declined an invitation to appear on the show with her Bravo TV co-stars Melissa and Kathy Wakile, who is also her cousin, and instead appeared in a separate segment where she brushed off the feud as "nonsense."

"To me family is the most important thing ... and it doesn't seem right to try and resolve our issues in a few minutes and front of an audience," Giudice said, adding that the entire situation is all "nonsense."

The 39-year-old said she has not seen Melissa, her sister-in-law, or Kathy since filming the reunion special several months ago due to their bitter feud.

"They joined the show behind my back," Giudice said, adding fuel to recent reports which suggest that Melissa and Kathy plotted to ruin her fame and success before they ever joined the show.

"Melissa is manipulative and jealous of Teresa's fame and she has a dirty secret," a source told Radar Online.

"Years ago, Melissa and her husband, Joe Gorga, sent a tape to the producers promising that if they were cast on the show, they would do whatever it takes to get rid of Teresa," the source added.

Both Melissa and Kathy denied going behind Giudice's back when they joined the reality TV show, and said that they were baffled as to why she did not want to appear on the show with them.

"That's false, I had the interview with Bravo on a Friday and told Teresa about it on the Sunday," Melissa said, insisting that Giudice was always aware of her plans to join the show.

While both Melissa and Kathy confirmed that they are open to returning for next season, Giudice said that there would need to be changes.

"I wanna be happy," Giudice said insisting that she does not want to deal with the same drama. "I'm in a really good place right now."
