'Real Housewives of OC' News: Star Vicki Gunvalson Slams Detractors On Social Media

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Vicki Gunvalson continues to fend off detractors on social media who keep on bashing about the allegedly fake cancer diagnosis of her former boyfriend Brooks Ayers. Meanwhile, speculations are rife indicating the appearance of the latter in the upcoming RHOC Season 10 reunion.

Several Twitter posts tagging the TV personality indicate that the on-and-off partners have "hatched the cancer lie together" so that Ayers could rip off money from the show, to which Miss Gunvalson replied with "that's ridiculous!"

"We don't make money off the 'show' with a fake cancer story," the 53-year-old retorted back on Twitter.

Taking more fire from the public, the reality star also corrects one Twitter user who told her to "stop talking about God and prayer." The user named Denise Ann accused Gunvalson of being an alcoholic, god-less person.

Citing the sneak peek shared over at US Weekly, the report from Enstarz.com seems to reveal that even co-housewife Tamra Barney is in doubts with Ayer's cancer diagnosis.

"Meghan has gone above and beyond trying to prove Brooks wrong, but I'm here to tell you what everybody's saying," Barney told Gunvalson in a teaser for the latest episode of RHOC. "I don't want you to get defensive, I don't want you to get mad …it's [just] starting to wear on me, and it's like sh*t does he have cancer, is he lying?"

Gunvalson responded by telling Barney if Brooks need to die to prove everyone is wrong with what they thought of him.

In related news, Bustle.com shared their speculations that there might be a good chance for Ayers to at least make an appearance on the show's 10th season reunion event. The site said that the countless controversies that followed him from the past few seasons make his involvement rather possible than not.

Furthermore, Bustle wrote, he's been a source of conflict between the ladies this season and not a single episode has passed by without someone mentioning his name.

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" Season 10 airs Monday nights at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
