Reports of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner Giving Marriage Another Chance Are NOT True

Fans of the Ben Affleck-Jennifer Garner real-life tandem may be wondering if it's not too late for the two to get back together. Affleck seems to think so, with reports coming out that he is trying to woe his wife back after they both decided to quit their marriage a year ago. However, other reports also hold that the story is not true at all that Affleck is pursuing this.

It has been alleged that the actor-director is trying to win Garner back and wants her and his children to spend time with him in London while he films his latest project "Justice League." This would give him the chance to work on getting his wife back, purportedly.

The same source also claimed that, while Affleck was confident of success in his plans, it is reportedly too late for Garner who, it is said, has already said no.

Neither Affleck nor Garner has spoken regarding this renewed reports of their possible reunion. But these talks were later shut down as being false, as Affleck is apparently doing nothing of the sort. It was cleared up with Gossip Cop by someone in the know that the actor was in fact not making overtures to Garner in order to convince her to give their marriage a chance.

It is remembered that the two had decided to divorce last year but had agreed to be close friends for the sake of their children, Violet, 10, Seraphina, 7, and Samuel, 4.

And they have both honored that promise, as can be proven by having been sighted together with their four-year-old son at Country Mart in Bentwood, California, presumably to have breakfast.

A source tells E! News, "Jen left at 7:45 a.m. with the three kids. She dropped the girls off and then took off with Samuel and stopped at the Country Mart."

The source also says that Affleck had been waiting at the parking lot, but joined Garner with Samuel in their car and left for their son's school. They were said to have stayed a while there, possibly for a meeting.

The two continue to be there for their children and keep them a priority, as they had agreed.
