Rihanna Stalker Out of Jail, Living in Same City as Star? (VIDEO)

A man who was arrested for stalking Rihanna in 2010 has been released from prison and is now reportedly living in the same city as the "Where Have You Been" singer.

Rihanna's stalker may not have to ask where she's been because he appears to already know. Zentil Vanzellas was arrested in 2010 after pleading no contestant to accusations that he had been stalking the star.

Vanzellas has been deemed a "credible threat" at the time according to TMZ. Vanzellas was put on a three-year probation and ordered to stay away from Rihanna for the next ten years, forbidden from coming within 500 yards of the star. He was also sentenced to 365 days in jail although he was released in 277 in 2011.

Vanzellas told TMZ that he was "sorry" for the previous incident and had no Intent of bothering Rihanna any longer.

During an interview on "Oprah's Next Chapter" Rihanna broke out in tears over her ex, Chris Brown.

On an episode that will air on August 19th, the star defended Brown by stating that he needed help. The couple was thrown in the spotlight in 2009 after Brown was found guilty of beating Rihanna, leaving her with a bruised face.

"As angry as I was, as angry and hurt and betrayed, I just felt like he made that mistake because he needed help ... and who's going to help him?" she told Oprah in tears. "It was a weird, confusing space to be in."

Drama between the couple has continued ever since, with multiple rumors consistently insisting that the pair has reunited and is now dating again.
