Rousey, an undefeated fighter 10 win, zero loss record is the world's ranked number one pound-for-pound female MMA fighter. Cat Zingano is set to break that record despite a back injury which forced her to push back their scheduled January 3 fight in Las Vegas.

Zingano, who as a 9-0 record has taken advantage of the medical suspension handed down by the Nevada Athletic Commission, and is now fit to take on the bantamweight champion down as the co-main event with undefeated middleweight UFC champion, Chris Weidman versus Brazilian challenger, former UFC light heavyweight champ, Vitor Belfort.

UFC 184 will be held at the Los Angeles Staples Center, and Rousey has expressed her approval over the fight venue being in her hometown. The "Expendables" actress previously won by 16-second knockout during her July 2014 match against Alexis Davis in the UFC 175.

Meanwhile, Zingano, apart from her recent back injury, has been out of the Octagon for over a year recovering from a torn ACL and her husband Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Mauricio Zingano's suicide death in January 2014.
