Rosie Pope Girl is Baby No. 4 for 'Pregnant in Heels' Star

Reality TV star and pregnancy concierge to the elite Rosie Pope has given birth to her fourth child, a baby girl named Bridget Monroe. It's a special blessing for the woman who has had trouble with infertility, and she and her family could not be more excited and happy.

Baby Bridget arrived on Thursday, March 6 "just before 5 AM," according to Pope. She weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and is doing well, according to Pope's publicist. Bridget joins big brothers J.R., 5, and Wellington, 3, as well as sister Vivienne, who is 21 months old.

Pope is known for her work with the social elite. Her reality show "Pregnant in Heels" depicts her working for those who have pregnancy concerns or requests before their little ones arrive. One of her more memorable requests was arranging a fashion show for moms-to-be; another included arranging for a woman to have a nude portrait with her beloved horse drawn after giving birth.

Pope is also the author of "Mommy IQ," a book that provides needed information to expectant mothers to help them prepare for the birth of their child. And she runs several maternity stores, two of the three run in New York City, where her show is filmed.

She has been quite vocal about her struggle with infertility and was thrilled to announce her pregnancy with baby Vivienne, who is now almost two years old. Pope was not as vocal about her pregnancy with baby Bridget but did tweet a few hints about when the newest member of the family was expected.

"I've got push presents on my mind ;)," she tweeted just three hours before announcing Bridget's birth.

"Our newest little love is here! Can't wait to share more soon!" Pope tweeted to her 60,000 followers, who include A-list celebs such as Maria Shriver, Gail Simmons, and Ali Landry.

Pope was evasive in May on whether "Pregnant in Heels" would return for a third season, but told WetPaint that she is "working on a new project … something's coming really soon!"
