The San Antonio Spurs will play the Dallas Mavericks on Friday night in Game 6 of their NBA 2014 Playoffs series. The Mavericks must win this game to force a Game 7 as the Spurs are 3-2 up coming into tonight's game. This will be a tense affair at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. Things will start at 8 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the ESPN network or online through free live stream (details below).
The Spurs won Game 5 by a score of 109-103 at home, but now they must go on the road to claim a win in Texas if they are to progress to the second round tonight. If they fail to win tonight it will force a winner takes all Game 7, which would take place in South Texas – something San Antonio will be keen to avoid. They want things to be finished and cleaned up tonight.
San Antonio are averaging 49 points in the paint over the past two games and Duncan has said, "We're taking what they give us. So we have a little more of an ability to get in the lane, especially with Tony, and once he gets in there he is drawing a lot of attention, which leaves Tiago and I an opportunity to try and hit the glass and try and finish things up."
Meanwhile Blair, who was ejected in Game 4, has said, "Everybody in the world knows how anxious I am to get back out there and compete and try to get us to a Game 7. I feel like I can bring that energy and toughness."
