Scarlett Johansson Pregnant 2014: Avengers Actress Debuts Baby Bump at 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier' Movie Premiere (PHOTOS)

Scarlett Johansson recently debuted her baby bump at a Los Angeles film premiere and new details have emerged regarding her due date.

The actress, 29, attended the "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" premiere in Hollywood on Thursday and onlookers could not help but notice her slight bump. Johansson, who is engaged to French journalist Romain Dauriac, appeared happy and relaxed while waving to fans and posing for pictures on the red carpet.

The bump debut comes days after Marvel Studios President of Production Kevin Feige confirmed the pregnancy in an interview about "The Avengers: Age of Ultron" script.

"Well my first reaction was I was very happy for her and very excited for her," Feige told Collider.com.

"My second reaction was we've got to move some pieces on the chess board around schedule-wise," he continued. "But we didn't change the script at all, which is sort of the most important things for us in terms of the storyline."

Feige went on to explain that producers will work to conceal Johansson's baby bump in the upcoming movie to ensure that her character Black Widow (also known as Natasha Romanoff) remains consistent.

"I think the goal is for us to sit here talking about the fact that you would never know that Black Widow was pregnant during the filming of the movie when you see the final version of 'Avengers 2,'" he explained.

Johansson and Dauriac are yet to publicly acknowledge the pregnancy, but reports claim their first child is due in August.

Jon Favreau, who is Johansson's director and costar in the upcoming comedy "Chef," weighed in on whether he believes the Hollywood actress will be a good mother.

"She'll be wonderful," Favreau told E! News at the South By Southwest (SXSW) festival in Austin.

The pregnancy news comes six months after Johansson announced her engagement to Dauriac. The couple reportedly began dating in November 2012, weeks after her split from Nate Naylor.

"I can confirm that Scarlett and Romain are engaged. They haven't chosen a date for the wedding," the actress' rep previously told People magazine.
