Scarlett Johansson Leaked Photos: Star Unashamed of Nude Pics Sent to Reynolds

Actress Says Racy Images Were Intended for Then-Husband Ryan Reynolds

Sharing nude pictures is a no-shame game for actress Scarlett Johansson, who came forth in the November issue of Vanity Fair (VF) and casually confessed that the photos from her recent nude photo scandal were intended for her then-husband Ryan Reynolds.

"They were sent to my husband. There’s nothing wrong with that," the Hollywood starlet said to Vanity Fair contributing editor Peter Biskind.

Biskind described Johansson’s overall vibe in answering his questions concerning her thoughts on the nude images as insouciant, saucy and unashamed.

According to Vanity Fair, the actress joked, "I know my best angles" in her candid explanation to the monthly glossy that she had taken two bare self-portraits on her cell phone and sent them to Reynolds, her husband at the time.

The steamy shots exploded on social media websites in mid-September when Johansson sought the help of the FBI after the scandalous images were hacked from her phone and leaked onto the Internet.

When the photos first hit the airwaves, there was a lot of speculation about their legitimacy as some claimed they were not real. However, Johansson's lawyers came forth and said the actress owned the copyright to the images, which prevented them from outside circulation and reproduction.

Authorities arrested 35-year-old Christopher Chaney, a Florida resident, for allegedly hacking Johansson’s cell phone along with other celebrities, including Mila Kunis and Christina Aguilera. Chaney was indicted on 26 counts that include wiretapping and unauthorized access to a computer.

Johansson's interview with Vanity Fair also included an ounce of self defense. She told the magazine, "It's not like I was shooting a porno…although there's nothing wrong with that either."

The actress has starred in over 30 films, including "The Other Boleyn Girl," "Robot Chicken" and "He's Just Not That Into You."

She has also been a global ambassador for Oxfam, the aid and development agency.

The marriage between Johansson and Reynolds lasted two years. The pair divorced in December 2010.
