'Scorpion' Plot Spoilers, News: Walter To Be "Aggressively" Wooed By A Woman?

The latest TV scoop from TV Line's Michael Ausiello just dropped a major spoiler for the upcoming second season of CBS' hit action drama television series "Scorpion."

According to the publication, in the 6th episode of Season 2, fans will find Walter (Elyes Gabel) "getting aggressively pursued by a disarmingly beautiful woman at a hotel bar."

But this won't turn out as everyone would think of. As divulged further by the media outlet, "the hottie in question is later suspected of planting a worm in a security system Walter is designing."

In other words, the woman is probably "just pretending to be interested" in the show's main lead.

Hopefully, this turn of events won't severely affect the still to develop relationship between Walter and Paige (Katharine McPhee). The promo video shared by the network teased that both characters "must face their feelings for each other when hospital footage reveals that Paige kissed him" back in Season 1.

Back in April, executive producer Nicholas Wootton told TV Line that the forthcoming season of the series will be tackling more on arced storylines rather than the "adventure of the week" set-up.

"I think what we may have going into next season is more arcs. We'll be able to look at an entire template and we'll be able to plan those things out a little bit more than we did this year, because we really only had the first thirteen planned, and then we moved on once we knew that was coming up," Wootton was quoted as saying (via TV Line).

"Scorpion" Season 2 is slated to premiere with the 90-minute super-sized opening episode titled "Satellite of Love" on September 21. It will then be succeeded with segments called "Cuba Libre," "Fish Filet," "Robots," and "Superfun Guys." The name for the aforementioned episode 6 is yet to be revealed.

Stay tuned for more updates.
