'Scream Queens' Season 2 Cast News, Spoilers: PaleyFest Panel Drops Major Details; Harry Styles Not Signing In?

It's a big news for everyone now that it has been confirmed that Jamie Lee Curis, Abigail Breslin, Lea Michele, Keke Palmer, Billie Lourde, Emma Roberts, and Niecy Nash, will all be reprising their respective roles in the second installment of Fox's hit horror black comedy TV series "Scream Queens."

The news came straight from Curtis, who was present at the show's PaleyFest panel on Saturday, Mar. 12, at the Hollywood's Dolby Theatre.

"According to the boss, we're all going to be back!" the actress said, as quoted by Variety.com.

Brad Falchuk, who, together with Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan, created the series, also confirmed that the new season's plot will be set in a hospital instead of a college. This came to pass when Dean Munsch (Curtis) finally decided to abolish the sorority and sought all over the world to find a new mission, which is providing health services.

The series executive went on to reveal that Munsch will buy a hospital that will help her achieve her dreams of changing the nation's system and take on the challenges that everyone have failed to do.

"She will take on the cases no one else will take and the conditions everyone says are incurable," Falchuk said. Curtis chimed in to say, "And fix the broken system."

The Chanels (Roberts, Breslin, Lourd), meanwhile, will be found at the start of Season 2 admitted to a mental institution.

In the casting side of things, the EP said that the show will be adding three "hunky doctors" in Season 2. Fans were quick to cast some names and the most resonant is One Direction member, Harry Styles.

But much to the dismay of everyone, it appears that the "What Makes You Beautiful" hitmaker won't be joining the fun in the small screen.

A post from the show's official Twitter handler said:

Regardless of which, "Scream Queens" is slated to return to the airwaves later this year.
