"Taking my power back.. can't wait to show you where I've been. I love y'all. Ps, I still obsess over pickles," Gomez captioned.

A few days prior she shared a wise quote by Bishop T.D. Jakes which alluded to moving on from the past.

"You can't be who you're going to be and who you used to be at the same time - Bishop T.D. Jakes," Gomez posted in a photo of Jakes and media mogul Oprah Winfrey.

The former Disney star has had a difficult year following the December cancellation of her Stars Dance tour around Australia. In January she voluntarily entered the Dawn at The Meadows treatment center for personal reasons and her relationship with Bieber has been on-and-off for several months.

Friends including Taylor Swift and Katy Perry have reportedly been offering the singer support in recent months which is helping her deal with personal problems. On Saturday, Gomez and Jennifer Aniston reportedly dined at at Madeo restaurant in Los Angeles where the actress offered love advice about Bieber.

"Jennifer was definitely giving Selena love advice. I overheard both of them say Justin's name and Jennifer was doing most of the talking and Selena was doing a lot of nodding," an insider told HollywoodLife.com.

"Jennifer had a book with her ... she gave it to Selena before they left," the source continued. "I recognize the book, it's by Marianne Williamson and focuses on spiritual principles and loving yourself."

Last Week Gomez, who has dated Bieber on-and-off since 2011, was forced to deny reports of a miscarriage after a US tabloid claimed she suffered miscarried after falling pregnant with Bieber a few years ago.

"[The rumor is] 100 percent fictional," Gomez' rep confirmed to Us magazine.
