Shatner Returns as Priceline Negotiator: 'I'll Always Have It'

William Shatner returns as Priceline's "Negotiator" character in the company's TV commercials from Aug. 15. It has been seven months since his last outing in the part.

Shatner has been hugely popular for Priceline in the role, and Star Trek fans and admirers of past Priceline adverts are said to be delighted with the announcement.

The actor's "Priceline Negotiator" character was killed off at the beginning of this year when the company's stock prices were falling. A commercial showed him dying in a fiery bus crash as it went over the side of a bridge.
