'Spider-Man Homecoming' Spoilers News: Shocker's Look, Iron Man Battle Scene Shown in Toy Merchandise

"Spider-Man: Homecoming" will feature Shocker as one of the villains, but not much has been revealed about the character's big screen outing.

Thankfully, fans were treated to a new look at the baddie, who will be played by actor Bokeem Woodbine in the highly anticipated movie.

It comes in the form of a promotional art from the New York Toy Fair 2017, which was posted by one of the attendees named Eric Cameron. The art could be showing what Shocker will look like in "Spider-Man: Homecoming."

However, as Slash Film pointed out, promotional materials from merchandise do not necessarily match what will be seen in the actual film. This means that while the Shocker design as seen from the Toy Fair will be seen in action figure form, it might not be the case in "Spider-Man: Homecoming."

Fans will remember that Shocker was shown in the trailer for the film. There, Woodbine was not wearing the suit featured in the promotional art.

Photos from the set of "Spider-Man: Homecoming" taken back in September show the actor donning a costume that better resembles the one in the promotional art. However, the one on the merchandise looks more technologically advanced than the one in the set photos. This could mean that Shocker's look and gear could evolve in the film.

Meanwhile, another promotional art, this time for a Lego product, teases an exciting battle sequence involving Spider-Man (Tom Holland), Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) and Vulture (Michael Keaton).

It looks like the airborne abilities of the big bad will take the battle to new heights and different locations. In the design, Iron Man and Spider-Man tackle Vulture while chasing a vehicle that presumably has important stuff inside that the baddie is after.

However, just like the artwork featuring Shocker, this might not accurately depict what fans will see in "Spider-Man: Homecoming" although it does look a bit intense and fast-paced.

"Spider-Man: Homecoming" will hit the theaters July 7, 2017.
