Sting Returning to WWE: Undertaker and John Cena Both Eager to Fight WCW Champion

World Championship Wrestling legend Sting, will finally make his debut on the WWE. The long time pro-wrestler, whose real name is Steve Borden, has been a 15-time world champion, holding 21 titles from both the WCW and Total Non-Stop Action Wrestling.

Various WWE superstars like The Undertaker and John Cena welcome Sting's debut to the WWE with open arms.

The Undertaker, whose real name is Mark Calaway, wishes Sting the best of luck and is reportedly looking forward to facing the pro wrestling legend in the ring. Calaway's intention to face Sting in the ring has lead many wrestling fans speculating that the WCW superstar will face The Undertaker first.

Although Calaway has expressed his interest in fighting Sting in the ring, he is on an indefinite leave from the WWE and it is highly unlikely he will be able to face Borden until such time he decides to return from his leave.

Pro-wrestler and rapper John Cena also expressed his interest in facing Sting during the WWE. During his appearance in the San Diego Comic Con earlier this year, he has told attendees that Sting was always been an idol to him but added that he will be ready to face the WCW legend.

This might have hinted about a potential match between Cena and Sting but WWE has not released any official announcements yet about any sort of match involving Sting and his debut.

Even as fans and wrestlers alike are excited with Sting's return to the wrestling scene, it is not expected to last as the Borden is already 55 years old and is nearing his retirement age. WWE is then expected to make the most of Sting's remaining time as a capable wrestler.
