Technology & Ministry Conference: April 23-25, 2003

Christian Computing® Magazine has scheduled their next Technology and Ministry Conference to be held in Atlanta GA, April 23-25, 2003. It will be held at The Westin, Atlanta Airport.

Sessions will cover Multimedia in Worship, Web Development, Church Management Software, Desktop Publishing, Networking, and the use of technology for everything from administration, counseling, youth ministry, contributions, worship, outreach and much more. Sessions will provide demonstrations of technology solutions that even beginners can take advantage of, as well as sessions for the experienced IT and systems administrator.

Box lunches for attendees will be available for purchase, or attendees can opt to eat at the hotel restaurant.

We will have a special dinner program, Wednesday and Thursday nights During the Wednesday evening dinner program special session leaders and attendees will be invited to launch a discussion on “What’s hot and what’s not” with audience participation welcome. Thursday’s evening dinner program will include a presentation from Steve Hewitt on "Avoid the Five Mistakes of Using Technology in Ministry!"

Sessions start at 9:00 am on Wednesday and end at 5:00 pm on Friday!

We have added some exciting new elements to this conference. Including...

Including additional "how to" sessions, providing training to help you go home with some real applications. An example would be Marcus Carruthers' sessions on creating and using video for ministry. Create videos that can be used on the web or cut to a CD-ROM. Here are some examples of applications.
