'Teen Mom 2' Chelsea Houska Didn't Cheat on Adam Lind, Friend Says, 'He Lied'

"Teen Mom 2" star Chelsea Houska was accused of cheating on then-boyfriend Adam Lind when she was pregnant with their daughter Aubree. However, a new source has come forward to refute that claim and says that Lind lied when he appeared on the season finale with Dr. Drew Pinsky.

"Chelsea didn't cheat on Adam with his friend. Adam left Chelsea, and she started dating a mutual friend who was a really nice guy. She wasn't sleeping around or trying to hurt Adam like he claims. It's pathetic he has to bring up things that happened five years ago to try to prove a point," the friend told Radar Online.

Lind has a not-so-sterling reputation with the law and with women. He now has two daughters with two different girlfriends and is not with either of them. He has three DUI arrests and was recently involved in a wreck that could have claimed his life had a bystander not pulled him to safety before the car exploded into flames. After that wreck, he was charged with five crimes: reckless driving, driving with a suspended license, and driving an unlicensed vehicle among others.

"Even though the car accident was clearly his fault, he blames the elderly couple he hit," the friend added. "He is the type of person who thinks everything he does is someone else's fault. Adam still hasn't gone to court for his car accident charges, so depending on what happens there, the visitation [with daughter Aubree] could change. If he's in jail, he obviously won't get any visitation."

Aubree currently stays with Lind's parents every other weekend – an agreement both Houska and Lind agreed to. She is not able to stay alone at Lind's apartment, though it's unknown exactly where he lives now that he's broken up with girlfriend Taylor Halbur, the mother of his other daughter.

"Chelsea just avoids talking to Adam whenever possible," the friend said, "and continues focusing on being a good mom to Aubree. Chelsea has learned her lessons and grew up in order to be a good role model to Aubree, but Adam hasn't."
