'Teen Mom 2' News: Javi Marroquin's Memoir Delayed Because of Kailyn Lowry

"Teen Mom 2" star Javi Marroquin's tell-all book is still underway, as Kailyn Lowry has yet to give it a thumbs up.

According to Marroquin, his memoir is indeed coming. However, he needs to go over certain excerpts with Kailyn for her approval. Reports say she is upset by what is written on the book.

Since Lowry has yet to give her nod of approval, the launching of Marroquin's memoir will be pushed further.

"As soon as Kail and I can come to an equal compromise, hopefully we can keep pressing on it," he said.

Reports say that Lowry has pushed to delete certain excerpts from the book.

More recently, Marroquin admitted that it is unfair, how he has to wait for Lowry's approval before publishing the book given that he was not consulted when Lowry published her own memoir, "Hustle and Heart."

In Lowry's book, which launched last year, she talked explicitly about Marroquin, calling him "jealous and controlling."

"It always felt like we were going two steps forward, one step back," she wrote. "Every day was so different that at a certain point I didn't know if we'd ever come out in front."

Fans of the reality stars do know that Lowry and Marroquin's relationship is a complicated one. In the past few weeks, there have been conflicting reports about the state of their relationship.

While just a few weeks back Lowry filed a restraining order against Marroquin, more recent rumors suggest that they have made up and are now in good terms.

"Teen Moms 2" is indeed full of drama, but marital problems aside, reality star Leah Messer has finally opened up about the struggles of her daughter Ali's condition.

In a recent episode, it was revealed that Messer sought school aid for her daughter who has a genetic disease called muscular dystrophy. It causes progressive weakness as well as the loss of muscle mass.

"Teen Mom 2" airs Mondays 9 p.m. ET on MTV.
