'RHONJ' Teresa and Joe Giudice

Teresa and her husband Joe Giudice may have a legal victory on their hands after a fraud lawsuit filed by a former business partner was dismissed.

The Giudices are due to appear in a Newark, N.J. court in July to be sentenced after they plead guilty to nine counts of mail, wire and bank fraud charges, according to NorthJersey.com. However, they have overcome another legal battle after former business partner Joe Mastropole alleged that Joe Giudice forged his signature on mortgage documents for a property they owned together.

The lawsuit stated that Giudice took Mastropole's name off of the mortgage but owed his business parter $260,000 after refinancing the property. However, Superior court Judge Kenneth Slowmienski dismissed the case for both Teresa and Joe Giudice.

Wendy Feldman, the Giudice's legal coach and crisis manager, told RadarOnline.com that she was positive amid the legal victory. Feldman added that the reality stars' lawyer, Michael De Marco, helped them overcome civil and punitive damages sought out by Mastropole.

"This is a HUGE victory for the Giudice family and for their ongoing criminal case that is taking new turns by the day," Feldman told the publication.

However, fans should not expect Teresa or Joe to speak too much about her recent victory publicly. Sources close to the situation are telling RadarOnline.com that the pair are keeping a low profile until their sentencing.

"Teresa's legal team absolutely won't let her do any interviews before the sentencing hearing because it could impact her sentence," an insider reportedly told the publication. "Teresa and Joe will be keeping a very low profile … They are getting ready for the July sentencing date, and just spending time with their family."

While she may be facing time behind bars, the mother of four previously spoke about how she is handling the delicate matter with her children.

"My oldest does know something's going on," Giudice said on ABC News earlier this year. "But-- you know, we say, you know, 'Mommy and daddy, you know, have a legal team that's handling it.'"

Teresa could be facing 27 months in prison, while her husband Joe could get 46 months and be deported.
