'The Big Bang Theory' Season 8 News, Spoilers: Things to Expect on 'The Clean Room Infiltration'

The genius Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons) clearly expressed his disdain for Christmas but that won't stop him from experiencing the holiday spirits in the upcoming episode of the hit sitcom "The Big Bang Theory" Season 8.

Spoiler reports indicate that the season's celebration will be getting on Sheldon's nerves as Amy (Mayim Bialik) will be throwing a traditional Victorian dinner on Christmas Eve, according to TV.com.

The physicist confronts his girlfriend telling her that the affair clearly violates his plans. As a comeback, Sheldon seeks the help of friends to find "the worst possible gift" he could give to Amy.

In a recently-released video, Sheldon will be off with the gang to a shopping mall for the needed holiday preparations.

"Let's find the kind of gift that makes her feel small and worthless," Sheldon said.

The teaser also revealed that unlike Sheldon, the rest of the guys are apparently enjoying the holiday spirit as they couldn't help themselves to sing "Jingle Bells" while they were off driving around with Leonard (Johnny Palecki) on the wheel.

Speaking of Leonard, he and Wolowitz (Simon Helberg) will spend the Christmas Eve in the lab where they will have a petty quarrel after a potential disaster.

To patch things up, they will call on Raj (Kunal Nayyar) to help them remove a pigeon stuck up on the clean room of the university.

UnRealityTV.com further dished out that much as they tried hard to contain the situation, the fowl will be wreaking havoc inside the building and will even get near their experiment.

"The Big Bang Theory" Season 8 Episode 9, "The Clean Room Infiltration" airs this Thursday, Dec. 11, at 8 p.m. on CBS.
