'The Big Bang Theory' Season 9 Episode 10 Spoilers: Amy and Sheldon Are Getting Back Together!

Fans have been waiting all throughout the ninth season of "The Big Bang Theory" whether or not Amy (Mayim Bialik) or Sheldon (Jim Parsons) will ever get back together after Amy decided to take a break from their relationship at the end of season 8. It seems that the two will finally reconcile in the next episode, which is titled "The Earworm Reverberation," before they finally get intimate in episode 11, as previously reported.

ShAmy's reconciliation was confirmed by Carter Matt, and according to the website, Sheldon will finally make a move to make Amy feel that he cares about her and her needs, since he realized that she might not always be there forever.

In the sneak peek released for the next "The Big Bang Theory" episode, which opened with Leonard (Johnny Galecki) saying, "The wait is finally over," Sheldon was seen kissing Amy in front of Dave (guest star Stephen Merchant), Amy's date.

After the two finally reunited, Sheldon was said to be planning on giving Amy the perfect birthday gift, which is deciding to consummate his relationship with Amy. When he told Penny (Kaley Cuoco) about his plans, she was shocked and even broke the glass she was holding. Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) looked dumbfounded upon hearing the news, as well as her husband, Howard (Simon Helberg), at the end of the clip. Fans can't wait to see the upcoming episode of the show, and even Sheldon, who said, "Thursday can't get here soon enough," in the promo.

The synopsis of the upcoming episode was posted on Spoilers Guide, and it reads, "Sheldon has a revelation when he realizes why a song was stuck in his head. Also, Amy invites Dave (Stephen Merchant) over for dinner despite their previously awkward date, and Wolowitz and Koothrappali become obsessed with a fan of their band, "Footprints on the Moon."
