'The Biggest Loser' Recap and Spoilers: 'Double Header' Results
Week 3 of "The Biggest Loser" Season 16 proves to be the most challenging yet as a double-header week and homesickness among contestants are slowly sinking in.
The two challenges that the big ones have to face include a nutritional quiz in which they were given five minutes to jot down all the nutrition knowledge they know in the Hall of Food n Stuff.
Winner of the Nutrition Quiz gets a 2-pound advantage when the weigh-in comes. Any incorrect information provided will force their trainers to eat the amount. As what happened, Jessie and Dolvett had to wolf down a slice of pecan pie with a staggering amount of 920 calories.

Dolvett have still yet to make room for a burger and giant soda with Jen. Later part, Dolvett and Jessie got egg rolls.
The 2-pound advantage prize was awarded to the white team, leaving their trainers some late night heartburns.
Challenge number 2 had the contestants cycle for 24.8 miles with high resistance. The winning team would be entitled for a 4-pound advantage.
All the three teams went toe to toe but the white team again prevailed.
Winning the 2-pound advantage from the first and 4-pound for the latter, they were given a choice whether they would take the 4-pound advantage or trade it for letters back home.
They took the second prize which gives the red and blue teams their letters.
Meanwhile at the Comeback Canyon Weigh-In, the "second chancers" have consistently been winning over against those in the main competition.
All in all, Week 3 was white team's week. They've been weighed out from the danger spot while sending the blue team, again, to the elimination room. All are at risk except Damien who got immunity.
Both Gina and Chandra are at the bottom but the latter got another vote and has the lowest weight loss percentage. She is now on her way to Comeback Canyon.
Week 4 episode entitled "The Lottery" will air this coming Thursday, Oct. 2, 2014 on NBC.
