The synopsis for episode 5 is a short one and it reads: "An eco-terrorist cell searches for a destructive weapon; Liz tries to escape her guardian."

It reveals very little about episode 5 but clues could be found in the previous episodes. In the last two episodes, the duo traveled across the world to try and capture two elusive and very dangerous doctors. This time in episode 5 however, they will be dealing with an ecological extremist who is using disease as a weapon to achieve a rather perverted goal.

Apparently, this extremist has acquired lab samples of a pneumonic plague. Also, in a photo still released by the NBC shows Liz in a hospital bed and it's going to be hitting Red personally.
