'The Good Wife' Season 6 News: Episode 9 'Sticky Content' Recap, Episode 10 Plot

Alicia's campaign is in full swing on episode 9 of "The Good Wife," and she struggles whether to go the negative route to secure votes, or if she should listen to her instincts.

Alicia's opponent Frank Prady stops by Alicia's office to discuss campaign tactics. He's brought a box which he claims Castro gave him after dropping out of the race, and he said that the box contains a lot of things that could hurt Alicia's campaign. He says that he's leaving the box with her in hopes that she would run a clean and fair campaign, just like what he's about to do. Later, she opens the box and sees a picture of Finn leaving her apartment and a picture of her with Will, and pictures of Peter on a date with Ramona.

To save her campaign, Alicia plans a joint interview with her and Peter to quell rumors about their marriage. It goes well on camera as both of them are used to pretending, but the fact that Ramona was in the room made things a bit awkward for them. After the interview, she goes to Finn's office to clear her head. He reaches for her hand and tries to stop her from leaving, but she dashes out.

Later on, Alicia confronts Peter about the pictures. She's not trying to get in his way, and she's not stopping him from seeing Ramona, but the fact that they were photographed angers her.

After the confrontation with Peter, Alicia goes back to her office, and Finn stops by. Alicia confirms her attraction to him. Meanwhile, in the backseat of Peter's limo, Ramona is crying and says that maybe she should quit her job in his administration. He kisses her as she says, "We're bad people." Peter replies, "I know."

Here is the official synopsis of episode 10, titled "The Good Wife."

"Cary's case goes to trial and he considers a plea deal that would send him to jail. Meanwhile, a joke about a mother and daughter lands Alicia in trouble as her campaign for State's Attorney shifts into full gear," the summary reads.

"The Good Wife" airs on Sundays at 9 p.m. on CBS.
