More Viewers Streaming Show via Amazon Prime

"The Man in the High Castle" has been confirmed for a second season and the TV show is now one of Amazon Prime's most watched series. With the absence of showrunner Frank Spotnitz, there is less to share about the details of the series as of this time despite the introduction of a trailer.

This new sci-fi thriller and history show set in the 1960s when Nazi Germany won the war, is an Amazon original and is the second series to be the most-watched since "Bosch," also an Amazon original series. This TV show attempts to create an alternate story of history. It depicts a fictional world where World War II was won by the Axis powers. It shows the lives of people who can share their stories during that time.

The Cast Remains
Throughout the first season, the series has been highly acclaimed by fans. After the first season's finale episode, viewers had a lot of questions left unanswered. Right after Season 1, production stopped for the second season since Frank Spotnitz stepped down as showrunner in the middle of filming.

Due to his absence, executive producers of the show Isa Dick Hackett, David Zucker and Dan Percival made developments for the show to continue, thus giving fans the very first teaser of the second season which was presented at the San Diego Comic Con 2016.

The series' regulars who joined the SDCC panel were Alexa Davalos, Rufus Sewell, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa and Rupert Evans. They are expected to return in the second installment of the series.

"The Man in the High Castle" Season 2 is set to be released sometime in 2017, though there is no specific date revealed yet. However, to get a feel of the second season of the most-watched series in Amazon, here is the first trailer of the show. Check out the clip below.
