'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' News: Phaedra Parks Faces Financial Troubles, Wants to Return to the Reality Show?

After leaving the show five months ago, former "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Phaedra Parks is reportedly already broke. As she starts feeling the strain financially, rumor has it that she is now planning to get her old job back.

According to reports, Parks earned $300,000 per season of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," and losing her stint months ago is now taking its toll on her and her finances. Some sources claim that due to her current financial troubles, the former reality star is now thinking of returning to the reality series. In fact, one of them even said that she recently asked the producers of the show to bring her back, but unfortunately for her, they were not interested in seeing her return.

It can be recalled that Parks got into huge controversies before ultimately being fired from the show. Back in May, executive producer Andy Cohen revealed that he had to fire Parks because of the lies she spread about her fellow star Kandi Burruss. The lie that she propagated was so "megawatt" that the producers of the show had no choice but to give her the axe.

Parks' last few episodes in the show found her caught up in a scandal involving Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker. Initially, she alleged that the two planned to drug and rape Porsha Williams, another cast member. The couple denied Parks' accusations, but the latter maintained that she was telling the truth. Eventually, however, she admitted that she was lying, leaving all of her co-stars shocked. Since the controversy, it seemed nobody wanted to work with Parks again, urging the producers of the show to fire her.

Meanwhile, Burruss recently shared her thoughts about Parks' possible rumored return to the show.

"That ain't got nothing to do with me. Nothing to do with me... Hey, I do not know, as far... I have not done any scenes with her. I have not seen her so that is all I can tell you," Burruss told Hip Hollywood in an interview.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" season 10 is set to premiere on Nov. 5 on Bravo.
