'The Vampire Diaries' Season 7 Rumors, Update: 3 New Vampires Heading Towards Mystic Falls
Things are expected to get even more interesting when the seventh season of The CW's hit supernatural TV drama series "The Vampire Diaries" returns to the small screen.
The latest TV scoop from TV Line said that there will be "three new vampires" heading towards Mystic Falls, two of which are lesbian lovers.
Fans will get to see Nora and Mary Louise, the show's first same-sex couple. Described as a "dangerous duo of down-low lovers with murderous tendencies," the vampires are both in their mid-20s who were able to keep their relationship "a secret for more than a century."

"Although their connection is clear to those able to infiltrate their inner circle, Mary Louise's constant doting can sometimes feel a bit smothery for fiery Nora's liking. Still, anyone foolish enough to cross either of them will feel both their wraths," the site wrote.
In addition to the two characters, the show will also introduce Valerie, "another 20-smething vampire who relies on her dry sense of humor to counter a life of pain and dismissal."
Her arrival in town will apparently become a blessing as she will met someone who will help her "remember the happier, free spirit she once was" and she will do "whatever it takes to keep him in her life."
The publication meanwhile shared their take on the story saying that Valerie "could potentially" mix up with one of the "eligible bachelors" in Mystic Falls. Among the characters they mentioned are Alaric and Matt.
