'The Walking Dead' Season 5 Recap, Spoilers: The End of Gareth, Bob Says Goodbye, Beth to Return?

Last episode of the hit apocalyptic TV series "The Walking Dead" Season 5 was explosive that fans of the show can't wait for it to return next Sunday.

In "Four Walls and a Roof" viewers saw how Bob Stookey (Larry Gillard Jr.) sent some spooks to Gareth (Andrew J. West) and the Hunters about his "tainted meat" that they partake upon capturing him.

Later part, Tyreese (Chad Coleman) has to stick a knife into the dead Bob's head to prevent him from "turning." His departure was rather emotional not only for his girlfriend Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) but for Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and the rest of the survivors.

But one of the most thrilling parts of the previous episode's showing was about how Gareth and his minions met their demise inside Father Gabriel's (Seth Gilliam) church.

As Rick and a handful of his members went out to hunt the remaining Terminus people, Gareth snuck into the church with the intent to kill some of Grimes' people who stayed behind.

Rick showed up and obliterated Gareth's men, while leaving the leader kneeling in front of him. Rick then brutally slashed Gareth to death with his red-handled machete.

Near the end of the episode, the group parted ways again. The D.C. Group heading for DC while Rick, Carl (Chandler Riggs), and Michonne (Danai Gurira), as well as Father Stokes, remained to wait for Daryl (Norman Reedus) and Carol (Melissa McBride) to return.

Michonne then heard some rustling in the woods and went to check it out, only to find that it's Daryl. She then asked, "Where's Carol?"

Now, for the next episode entitled "Slabtown," spoilers suggest that fans will finally get an answer to one of the most pressing questions ever since the season 5 opened – where exactly is Beth (Emily Kinney)?

Were Daryl and Carol successful in their search for Beth?

"Things appear safe and nice, but there is a bit of a dark side for another group of survivors," a synopsis by Zap2It.com reads.

"The Walking Dead" Season 5 airs every Sunday, at 9 p.m. on AMC.
