Titanfall DLC Content Revealed in New Screenshots

New screenshots from the upcoming Titanfall: Expedition DLC were posted up by IGN.com earlier this week.

The new pictures reveal some of the content that will be available with the new software release. See them here.

This extension was originally unveiled at PAX East. It will come with three new maps including Swampland, Runoff and War Games which can be seen in the picture gallery posted by IGN. Expedition will also give players the ability to customize their titan with decals. This allows them to give their character a more personal touch.

Other features with the update include player hash tags that can be used to identify, meet and group with other players.

Respawn, the company responsible for creating Titanfall has not announced an official release date for the Expedition pack, however, it did promise it would be sometime this month. The DLC will be included in the Season Pass that will sell for $25, or could be bought separately for $10.

A Titanfall 2 PS4 release could be coming, according to a previous report.

IGN.com stated that EA has secured rights to the sequel and that it is unclear if the next installment will follow in the footsteps of the first one by being exclusive to the Xbox One and PC.

EA's decision comes as a result of the sales of the original Titanfall which launched last week for the PC and Xbox One.

The site reached out to EA for a comment.

"We do not comment on rumor or speculation," said an EA rep to IGN. "Right now all our focus is on supporting all the fans worldwide enjoying Titanfall."

The first game was originally planned for the PC, but ended up being released for Xbox One.
