'Tom Clancy's The Division' PC Version Specs, Manhattan Interactive Map Details Revealed

Ubisoft is churning out more details as the release date of its upcoming title, "Tom Clancy's The Division," draws nearer. The company recently announced a new map and the game's PC specifications.

A closer look at Manhattan

Creative director Magnus Jansen previously revealed that the game's setting in Midtown Manhattan will provide players with a "huge open-world experience" that's "more than enough to sink your teeth into." Now, Ubisoft has released a new interactive map of the borough for gamers to explore.

Ubisoft says the new map will provide a closer look at the destruction that the epidemic caused. The map features a 360-degree look, details, and developer insights about the map's key points of interest. Clicking on any of these points of interest will bring gamers at street-level view.

PC specs and screenshots

In addition to the new map, Ubisoft has also revealed the game's PC requirements, along with new screenshots (see images above). The minimum and recommended specifications are listed as follows:

Minimum configuration

  • Supported OS: Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64-bit versions only)
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-2400 | AMD FX-6100, or better
  • RAM: 6 GB
  • Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 with 2 GB VRAM (current equivalent NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760) | AMD Radeon HD 7770 with 2 GB VRAM, or better

  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Hard Drive Space: 40 GB available space

Ubisoft has set Jan. 28 to 31 as "Tom Clancy's The Division's" closed beta. The game is scheduled to release on March 8.
