'True Blood' Season 7 Spoilers: Sookie Seeks Bill's Help, Who Will Die?

"True Blood" returns to HBO this Sunday with a brand-new episode entitled "I Found You."

The hit vampire series has entered its seventh and final season and fans everywhere are anxiously anticipating what is in store for their favorite characters. There have already been several bloody deaths in the season premiere, "Jesus Gonna Be Here," but the sneak peek at "I Found You" hints that more violence is headed to Bon Temps.

In this week's installment on "True Blood," Sookie brings forth her own investigation of the mysterious dead girl she found in the woods. The investigation leads Sookie to a group of infected vampires in a deserted town nearby. There, Jason uses "pizza forensics" to determine that the town residents had been gone two-and-a-half days.

Moreover, a second sneak peak reveals Sookie at her ex-boyfriend's doorstep, Bill.

"Can you still sense my fear," Sookie asks Bill, who replies, "Why are you here?"

Meanwhile, "True Blood" executive producer Brian Buckner already warned fans that "heads are gonna roll" in the final season of the television series.

"It's the final season of 'True Blood,' so gone are the days where we pull our punches," he said, according to Entertainment Weekly. "Heads are gonna roll."

Buckner's warning proved that no character on "True Blood" is safe from being killed off – something Ryan Kwanten promised earlier this year.

"People are going to be dying," the actor, who plays Jason Stackhouse, told Access Hollywood. "Some of your favorites are not going to last the season, unfortunately."

"True Blood" airs Sundays on HBO at 9 p.m. EST. The synopsis for "I Found You" is as follows: "Sookie spearheads a mission to a nearby town to find out what the future holds for Bon Temps. Meanwhile, hostages taken during the H-vamps' attack on Bellefleur's hope a familiar face can lead them to freedom; Lettie Mae desperately tries to channel her family's past; and Vince stirs up a posse to seek justice on their own terms."
