Tweak the Environment

I've been thinking a lot lately about how little tweaks make a huge difference. And it doesn't matter whether you've talking about a golf swing, your health, or a church culture.

I honestly believe that you don't need to make massive changes. You need to identify the small changes that will make a big difference. Why? Because 1% changes can make a 99% difference.

What are the 1% changes you need to make?

Let me give you a simple example. We have a very positive culture at National Community Church. And I believe one key is sharing wins at the beginning of every meeting. It gets us focused on the things God is doing, the way God is moving. It gives us positive energy to handle the challenges we face. And that 1% practice makes a 99% percent difference.

So be encouraged. You don't need to change 99%. You need to change 1%. And that 1% change could make a 99% difference!
