USA vs. Spain in the men's basketball final at the London 2012 Olympics takes place Sunday, and promises to be a fitting finale to the exciting tournament. Tip off is at 10 a.m. ET and all the action can be watched online through live stream (details below).

Team USA will be hot favorites going into the final to retain their title having won the men's basketball gold medal in the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. The side has boasted that they have improved immensely over the past four years, and so far their results and performances have justified such claims.

However, they still have one more game to get through before they can say their work is done at London 2012.

LeBron James has said on Saturday ahead of today's final: "I thought we had the potential to be really good, better than the '08 team, but the '08 team brought home gold, so we've got some unfinished business still left."

The final is a rematch of the classic 2008 final when Team USA won a thrilling contest 118-107. That game was close right till the final few minutes as Spain were just four points behind with only two and a half minutes remaining. Many fans look back on that game with fondness as both sides let caution out the window and went all out attack to try and take the gold. It made for a breathtaking game, and many will be hoping Spain can put up such a fight again in this year's final.

However, Team USA are certainly improved this year; they are averaging 116.7 points which is incidentally just off the famous Dream Team's record of 117.3 per game. This 2012 side is packed with talent, with the best the NBA has to offer on show, including LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Kobe Bryant and Carmelo Anthony.

"We obviously have a lot of talent. Our team here is pretty ridiculous," Bryant has said.
