For many kids, opening a college acceptance letter is an exciting and memorable event. However, for one young man, Noah, getting that letter is a moment of pure joy than overflows and infects everyone around who sees his reaction.

Noah has Down Syndrome and his parents were told that he would never be able to "walk, talk, or do anything." How wrong that diagnosis was!
