Following reports that Will and Jada-Pinkett Smith were splitting up after 13 years, the couple released a statement Tuesday looking to shoot down the rumors.

"Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false . . . We are still together, and our marriage is intact," a statement released by the pair said.

Will’s son Trey Smith went to his Twitter to also deny the rumors: "Let me just say . . the rumors need to stop. Will and Jada aren't getting divorced, #ItsAllLies.”

RadarOnline.com reported that an unidentified family member said, “They’re happy and married still.”

On Wednesday, the Celebrity website TMZ published a report saying that Will and Jada were indeed “having significant problems in their marriage, but they have NOT made a decision to separate.”

The Smiths have never given the impression publicly that there was problem in their marriage. However, further rumors have emerged in the press indicating that there may be truth to the tale, and have pointed the finger of blame at Marc Anthony.

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett were married in 1997 and have two children who are both pursuing a career in the limelight.

TMZ reported today that the family, including Willow, Jaden and Trey, were taking a family trip.
