A Florida woman is blaming her "big breasts" for causing her to fail a sobriety test, which resulted in a DUI charge, according to reports.

The incident occurred in Jensen Beach, a small city about 100 miles north of Miami.

Police reports indicate the woman displayed typical signs of intoxication, like slurred speech, glassy eyes and trouble walking. Officers smelled alcohol on the woman's breath.

"When I told her we were going to do some roadside tasks she told me that I needed to understand that she is big-chested and if I asked her to close her eyes and balance she is not going to balance well," a deputy wrote in the police report.

"She told me 'big breast [sic] you don't balance well.'" When police asked the woman to try to walk in a straight line, she danced instead.

Then the woman took the testing to the next level.

The deputy that responded to the incident said the woman "began to take her clothes off to show me her breast and I stopped her." The officer continued to attempt to get the intoxicated woman to perform the tests.

"I asked her if she wanted to attempt the task and she stated if I hold her hand," the report said. "I asked her again if she would like to attempt the task and she stated not really because she has big breasts."

The deputy told her to keep her hands by her side and "she stated 'Hell no not with these.' Telling me again she can't do it, not with her big boobies."

It is unclear if the woman's defense will stand up in court.

The woman was arrested and then released on a $750 bond, according to reports.

In jail, the woman refused to submit to a breath test to determine how drunk she was.

"She told me she was praying and that I need to relax because she is praying and God is first," the police report stated.
