WWE Latest News: Sasha Banks Suffers Knee Injury; Paige Out Indefinitely Due To Concussion

Two World Wrestling Entertainment divas are likely going to be sidelined after they both sustained respective injuries.

According to reports by Cageside Seats, divas Sasha Banks and Paige are nursing a knee injury and a concussion, respectively.

News about an injury on Banks have been surfacing last week, as it was reported that she sustained an "undisclosed injury," which she denied the very next day by questioning them.

"Not these reports again," she wrote on Tumblr as a response.

However, more reports have claimed that Banks suffered a knee injury, specifically an MCL tear that would keep her out of action indefinitely. The WWE has yet to issue an official statement regarding the matter, but the Cageside Seats story has reported that she was not suited up to perform during the most recent Monday Night RAW episode in New Orleans.

And while there remains no further confirmation regarding the matter, Banks issued another open-ended response through her Tumblr account.

"Prob just needs to get a life! That might help," Banks wrote, referring to a story released by journalist Dave Meltzer about her supposed condition.

Paige, on the other hand, has confirmed that she suffered a concussion in one of her matches.

Describing it as a "bad bump," the 23-year-old professional wrestler (Saraya-Jade Bevis in real life) says she has been taken care of under the WWE's Wellness Program, adding she wants to make sure that she is 100% healthy before stepping inside the ring again.

She also reassured her fans that she is doing fine, noting that it was just a "slight concussion," not a "crazy one."

"I do go to the Performance Center and get back in the ring there and see the doctors to make sure I'm a good kid and taking as much ImPACT tests as I possibly can," Paige said. "I hope to get back in the ring soon."
