WWE News: Injured Cesaro Advertised To Appear In Germany Tour; Ex-Superstar Billy Gunn Hopes To Return To WWE In Future

World Wrestling Entertainment superstar Cesaro is advertised to be part of the upcoming Germany Tour, which begins on February 10th.

The WWE would be heading to four cities until February 13th: Bremen, Cologn, Mannheim, and Magdeburg. As stated in the company's official website (which was reported by Cageside Seats), the injured Cesaro will still be part of the tour, but will not be wrestling in the said events.

The 35-year-old professional wrestler (Claudio Castagnoli in real life) suffered a shoulder injury in November, which he already had successful surgery on.

He is expected to be in the sidelines for four to six months.

Along with him on the tour are the likes of legend Ric Flair, former heavyweight champion Roman Reigns, former United States champion Alberto Del Rio, Intercontinental champion Dean Ambrose, Big Show, Kevin Owens, the Usos, Lana, Tag team champions The New Day, Rusev, Paige, and Divas champion Charlotte.

Meanwhile, former superstar Billy Gunn recently spoke about his release from the WWE.

The company fired the 52-year-old professional wrestler in November, after he failed a drug test at a powerlifting meet. Gunn was also a trainer in the company's developmental branch NXT.

Gunn recently sat down with Sports Illustrated to speak about the drug test incident, as well as his relationship with the WWE. He first explained why he failed the test, noting that he was already taking prescription medications as advised by his doctors, given his age.

He then conceded to the fact that he was in the wrong and that the WWE "needed to do what they had to do." Gunn also hopes to have the opportunity to work in the WWE once again in the future.

"They did it, and I'm perfectly fine with it, and hopefully one day they'll hire me back because I feel I was a pretty good coach. It's just the way it all came out," he said.
