WWE Updates 2015: Nikki Bella Taking Time Off for Injury

The longest-reigning WWE Divas champion Nikki Bella confirmed that she is taking some time off from WWE due to a neck injury, but there is no official word as of yet from the professional wresting promotion as to the extent of the injury or how long the other half of the Bella twins will be out.

Although the injury appears to be legitimate, one can't help but speculate about the timing of her "taking time off" since boyfriend and fellow WWE star John Cena previously announced that he also will be on a temporary hiatus from RAW.

Also, WWE revealed that the reported shoulder injury of wrestling star Randy Orton is a serious one, even saying that it might be keeping him out of contention for six months. With Bella's news and Orton's injury update, the promotional company is facing huge consequences in its ratings and gate attendance. This is especially true with regard to the Divas Division, where the Bella twins are the main attraction.

As for Cena and Nikki, fans have recently seen that the two are spending more time with each other. A report from What Culture revealed that that two actually went to see a concert of Taylor Swift last weekend and they joined a Halloween party dressed up as Dumb and Dumber characters.

For the fans of both entertainers, it might be a great idea to expect to miss them both for some time because all the news about injuries and personal time seem to be pointing on the same direction: that both might be contemplating on getting married.

While Cena announced that he will be back in December after the personal retreat, there is no word if Nikki will be returning to the ring anytime soon, but it sure will be another talk in the WWE once these two come back with a grand entrance.
